Warranty
Once the merchandise is delivered by TERCE ECUATORIANA S.A. no type of return is accepted, in the event that the product presents any failure attributable to manufacturing defects, it will proceed according to the policies established by the manufacturer of the product, depending on the case, the guarantee will be covered by TERCE ECUATORIANA S.A. or by the manufacturer and in the terms established by the brand internationally. In such case, the client should return the item in its original packaging (shipping costs will be assumed by the client). Once the item, has been tested and the failure checked, the item will be replaced and no additional cost.
